RDP.cheap, operated by parent company IXRoot LTD, offers a 14-day refund window on managed hosting services, paid by Paddle. Buy purchasing tou agree that all other payments are final. You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. After this 14-day window has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable, with no exceptions.

To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact our support team and include:

• Order number or invoice ID.

• Reason for the refund request.
